Grid is fixed to 10 columns by 30 rows with only SUM, AVERAGE, MIN, MAX plus basic arithmetic and cell refs.
Circular references show as an error in the cell and do not resolve.
Bar chart only plots numbers from the selected range and skips text and errors.
CSV keeps values and formulas as text and does not keep the chart image.
All data stays in the browser with no accounts or outside services.

Add it in the Muse app as a custom connector. It exposes 3 actions: explain_formula, export_sheet_csv, chart_range.

Muse Code made 41 tool calls and 16 edits across 16 files (+1281 −28).
npm run verify passed on the first try.

Publishing is off for this run (it's a local run, and a published product couldn't reach this machine's gateway), so the product didn't get its own link. The preview, checks and demo above ran for real.
