Clay Hollow Studio Manager

Status: Live.

  1. Your muse

A studio manager for a made-up pottery school called Clay Hollow. Screens: a class calendar, a student roster, a kiln firing log, a glaze recipe book, and a monthly report page where a model writes a short summary of the month. Everything saved stays there after a reload, and everything saved can be edited and deleted. All data is made up.

  2. Done. Milestone 1 is done and green: npm run verify exits 0, with all 5 smoke tests and all 4 requirements (R1 to R4) passing.

  3. Done

    Checks ran

  4. Done. Milestone 2 is complete. Everything new passes; tsc and next build are green after the final polish.

    Limits

    • All data is fictional demo data and lives only in this browser localStorage. Clearing browser data removes it.
    • Monthly summaries are written only from data saved in the app for that month. Months with little data give short general summaries.
    • No real accounts, sharing, email, SMS, payments or maps. One person manages the studio on one device.
    • Speech, photos and file uploads are not used. Recipes and logs are typed text.

    From your inspo

The person gave a text only note with no images. They want a studio manager for the fictional Clay Hollow pottery school with five sections and AI written monthly summaries.

    Takes

    • Studio manager job for a pottery school
    • Five work areas for classes, students, firings, glazes and monthly summary
    • Practical calm studio mood with earthy craft feel

Cost per run: about $0.03 (est.). One monthly report sends about 3000 input tokens ($0.012) and returns about 800 tokens including reasoning ($0.016). Total is about $0.028, rounded to $0.03 per run.
