   Who it's for

   Cat owners and cat lovers who want a fun count and playful superhero portraits from their cat photos.

   How it works

   1. User uploads a photo that contains one or more cats.
   2. The site segments the photo and shows each cat outlined with a number and a total count.
   3. The site crops each cat and creates a superhero portrait for that cat.
   4. User sees a gallery with one superhero image per cat and can download each image.

   Screens

   • Upload. Lets the user add one cat photo and start the segmentation and portrait process.
   • Cat Count. Shows the original photo with numbered outlines on each cat and the total count found.
   • Hero Gallery. Shows one superhero portrait per cat with download buttons and a button to try another photo.

   What goes in

   • Image: One JPG, PNG, or WebP photo of one or more cats, under about 4.5 MB.

   What comes out

   • Text: The number of cats found in the photo.
   • Image: A view of the original photo with each cat outlined and numbered.
   • Image: One downloadable superhero portrait image per cat found.

   Models

   Model	Used for	Why
   SAM 3.1	Finds and outlines every cat in the uploaded photo from the prompt cat, so the product can count and crop each cat.	Needed to segment each cat before making separate portraits.
   Muse Image	Turns each cropped cat into a separate superhero portrait with a cape, mask, and heroic pose while keeping the cat recognizable.	Needed to create the final superhero image for each cat.

   Limits

   • Counts come from one photo and are estimates. Cats that are hidden, blurry, or partly behind furniture may be missed or merged.
   • Segmentation finds at most 16 cats in one photo.
   • Superhero portraits are generated interpretations. Fur pattern, face, and pose may change a little from the original cat.
   • Very crowded or overlapping cats may produce less accurate crops and portraits.
   • Results are not saved on a server. Refreshing the page may clear them.
